Hello from Phil Richardson & Diana Jenner the Directors of Garner Maven.
We live in the lovely town of Lymington, Hampshire on the South Coast. Although we do the majority of our Property Investing in North Tyneside near Newcastle Upon Tyne where Phil is from originally. We have two great boys Alfie & Ollie and a golden retriever called George.
We invest in Buy-to-Let, Multi-Let and Houses of Multiple Occupancy ourselves for our own portfolio, as well as Sourcing Properties for both Domestic, Expat and International investors helping them to build their own UK property portfolios.
Phil is a qualified Civil Engineer, and former Operational & Technical Director with a strong bias for everything Contractual and Commercial. Phil started property investing whilst being an expat himself. After spending 20 years in the corporate construction world, the last 12 years of which were in the Middle East working on mega projects, he returned to the UK to focus on Property Investing and Developing in 2019.
Phil works full time on growing the Garner Maven business, constantly looking for the next property deal for both Garner Maven and our growing list of satisfied Property Investors that we successfully source for. He manages the day to day operations of the business, anything from property viewings, price negotiations with agents and vendors, dealing with surveyors and solicitors through conveyancing, organising the best price and managing the builders throughout the refurbishments, as well as all Client calls and meetings.
Diana is a Multi-Award winning Beauty Therapist and Business Owner. She is one of the UK Dermalogica Brand Ambassadors, a Qualified Teacher and Assessor, Business Coach and Consultant. She is also the founder and owner of Multi-Award winning Orchids Retreat Boutique Beauty Salon. As well as a true calling for everything Beauty, Diana has a passion for Property Investing, she is also pretty incredible at everything Social Media. As we look to the future it's going to be an exciting time for Garner Maven, we have some Commercial to Residential conversions on the horizon which will complement the existing BTL's & HMO's we are already working on. In particular, we are looking forward to working on the bigger commercial properties where Phil can really apply his skills and expertise from his previous corporate career in construction, to add value not only to the project itself but to ensure our investors get the return they are expecting.
