Angel Investing is Private Finance provided by our Joint Venture Partners. In return we provide significant annual returns on the money invested.

We are a successful Property Investment and Development business based in the North East of England. In order to invest in and purchase the properties we develop we use various lending streams; we use our Own Capital, Institutional Lending and Private Finance from Angel Investors.
The funds are used to buy, refurbish and add value to both Residential and Commercial Properties, which we subsequently sell or refinance to release equity.
Resulting in our Angel Investors are rewarded with significant returns compared to what the banks are currently offering, creating a win-win for all parties involved.

We are currently in an economic period where savers are getting below average returns from the bank.
Fortunately, we are an option for Private Finance lenders to get a much greater return for their money. Using our property knowledge and experience, combined with our ability to buy below market value properties, and coupled with a strong team to refurbish the project, we outperform most available consumer investments.

Our main area of investment is in the North East of England in and around the city of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Our standard Private Finance investment strategy is to buy Below Market Value (BMV) properties, add value through refurbishment/development to allow the release of equity at a higher value through refinance or sale. 6-9% What We’re Offering.
With traditional saving accounts producing record low returns, we believe that now is an ideal time to be investing in property.
We look for minimum investments of £25,000 with loan lengths typically between 2-5 years (longer available upon request).
Angel Investment Options:
Choices of investment offers are available to suit different styles of investment:

Option 1 - Invest and receive a 6% return with interest paid monthly plus capital investment repaid on maturity.

Option 2 - Invest for 1 year and receive a 9% return with capital and interest paid on maturity.
