Phil goes by the motto ‘The Devil is in the Detail’
An innovative, entrepreneurial and dynamic construction executive and business leader with over 20 years of experience working for Tier 1 Main Contractors Kier, Mowlem, Carillion and Besix. Phil has successfully delivered numerous major projects both in the UK and UAE with his personal favourite being the world-renowned Dubai Fountain.

An Operational and Technical Director with a strong bias for Commercial and Contract Administration. Combining this with his passion for Property has allowed Phil to become a successful Project Management & Construction Consultant, Property Investor & Developer.
